Dimension Inference and Constraint 365

This extension comprises of two control functions:

Dimension Inference, automatically set values for certain dimensions when a value is specified for another dimension. For example, if a specific department is selected, it can set the customer group and cost centre dimensions to certain values. This tool can also make sure that the default values are used, or else the transaction will not be accepted.

Dimension Constraint, helps keep the Dimension List organized by limiting which dimensions are available for selection. It uses a feature called "Dimension Combinations" and hides any dimension that is part of a blocked combination. This means that only certain dimensions will show up in the Dimension List, but users can still enter any dimension value they want regardless of the displayed list.
