Insert finished documents into the appropriate placeholders, without changing the structure of a book. Save time creating critical meeting resources and uploading the final content from one centralized location.

With Diligent Boards – Upload users can:

• Upload documents directly from Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, in a Diligent Boards book.

• Complete the book structure by adding a finished document to a placeholder in the book.

• Add meeting materials directly in Diligent Boards without needing to open the web application.
