It enables users to quickly find available rooms, view real-time occupancy on a floor plan, and access detailed room information, including capacity, images, and location. Users can filter and sort rooms based on their requirements, receive recommendations based on participant count, and explore floor plans for a visual overview. The add-in is accessible directly within Outlook’s Calendar section, where users can log in using Outlook or Spacewell workplace credentials. Upon login, they can select locations and buildings, view recommended and available rooms, and add their preferred choice to the Outlook meeting . Selected rooms are retained even when Room Finder is closed and reopened, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process.
