Refinitiv DataParser

Refinitiv DataParser is connector software to collect Refinitiv Messenger users’ chat and file data directly from Refinitiv’s XML External feed. Chats are threaded into conversations for ease of eDiscovery review. Companies with Compliance regulations, Legal matters, HR or Management policies that require the collection, archiving or review of their users’ chats and documents use DataParser. Output options include the ability to send directly into a compliance archive, eDiscovery system, mailbox, WORM storage or export to outside counsel. Cloud and On-premise plans are available. Active Directory integration and multiple configurations are supported for easy user management. Free trial licenses are available upon request.
