RentOut365 is a product rental extension or module for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). With this module you are able to rent out your product assets, track and trace them at customers in the field, take returns and get paid on time-based usage.

Fusion5’s RentOut365 allows you to identify and track each of your rental products using D365 F&O serial items. Whether you are renting out cylinders filled with gas, fuel, refrigerant or any other liquid. Or even IBC’s, drums, containers or pallets containing your stock. 

RentOut365 will give you all the tools you need to avoid the revenue leak of these important assets, built natively within Finance and Operations. 

Attach rental products to your sales orders, track each product in the field using serial numbers and take returns once customers have finished renting them. D365 F&O then automatically manages customer billing and allows you to refurbish, refill or repair the rental after the product has been returned before sending it back out.
