Bookings and Teams functionality extended to ease healthcare workers workload and simplify dialing.
Connected Families is an easy Bookings and Custom Calling tool add on to Microsoft Teams. The Connected Families solution is set up to enable facilities who have patients/ residents in a care or other facility where face to face calling is required to easily manage and book devices and other facility resources to enable the face to face call. The bookings configuration enables people external to the facility to book a call (and therefore device) with a particular resident and for the facility to schedule the appropriate resources to assist with the call. The custom calling interface is a simple interface to connect the call particularly for residents who are able to have a call unassisted. Developed with Aged Care facilities in mind, it lends itself to corrections and other facilities also.
