Included within the engagement is

• An introductory Microsoft 365 Copilot workshop, in this workshop Ingentive introduce Copilot from a feature, architectural and use case view. Opening avenues and discussions on how best Microsoft 365 Copilot could be utilised within the organisation.
• On the following day Ingentive run a mind mapping exercise and assessment to build out identified business use cases and operational changes which will need to be put in place as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment.
• Workshop the BOOST Center of Excellence methodology to introduce how the organisation can keep proving success with Microsoft 365 Copilot, assessing use cases and maintaining a high level of usage.
• Ingentive will work with IT or services teams to cover how Microsoft 365 Copilot accesses data, and perform a quick review of Purview, SharePoint Online controls and reporting to ensure that data access is not too permissible.
