Viva Planning Workshop: 5 day workshop

The workshop is delivered over a five day period commencing with a pre-qualification questionnaire that the customer completes with a Bytes consultant.  This captures key aspects of the business objectives, organisational profile, current technologies deployed, experiences of technology rollouts, and current technology investments. This data is then analysed to scope and shape workshop sessions.  Prior to commencing the first workshop Quantum365 (if not already deployed) will be configured for the customer to collate current usage statistics covering use of Microsoft 365 components.  This will identify current technology usage baseline and identify where opportunities exist to improve adoption.  A series of 3 half-day workshop sessions will then be held focusing on Microsoft 365 and Viva technology roadmap, employee change and adoption, and commercial investment strategy, respectively.  A final presentation and report will be produced for stakeholders covering findings, and outlining Microsoft 365 and Viva adoption roadmap and approach.
