The CDI Microsoft Office Configuration Baseline sets a standard deployment of Office applications within an organization using administrative consoles similar to the Microsoft 365 admin console.

Configuration of Office applications often go overlooked with moving to the cloud, resulting in default configurations and additional attack vectors for bad actors and bloat on end user devices. The Office Configuration baseline ensures these critical settings are not overlooked as these applications are critical to most organizations and typically are installed on a majority of devices.

The Baseline Includes:

  • Inventory cleanup settings
  • Configuration of 133 policies to Microsoft Security recommendations
  • Office Application Deployment configuration
  • Configure Update policies with 3 different update rings
  • Configuration of application preference policies
  • Testing and revision of all configurations
  • Knowledge Transfer of settings and the Office Apps configuration portal.
