Teamwork Solution Envision: 4-Wk Workshop

Microsoft Teams is more than just a replacement for Skype for Business and/or SharePoint. The true value lies in using Teams as a collaboration hub and tailoring it to the needs of your department, team, or organization. During this four-week engagement, the Intellinet team will work closely with your user groups to understand patterns of work and develop a template and plan for how to improve collaboration and productivity.

Workshop Agenda:

• Week 1: Deep dive into understanding how your teams function.
• Conduct interviews with key users from user groups.
• Week 2: Develop a true business solution focused on user relevance and experience.
• Create User Stories to define the most relevant solution and most valuable features to add to the roadmap.
• Present recommendations to business and IT leaders for validation and approval.
• Week 3: Demonstrate collaborative behaviors to create a collaborative culture.
• Launch a sample for testing and approval by users.
• Week 4: Begin journey for adoption and expansion of use.
• Provide a repeatable rollout, engagement, and sustainability plan which includes ongoing training and opportunities for expansion.
