• Setting up custom policies for anti-spam, anti-phishing and anti-malware. The contents of the strategies in this catalog are at the discretion of PHOENIX ALLIANCE. However, they can be adapted at the Customer's request
• Setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC to avoid spoofing and the risk of identity theft, according to the procedures contained in the SPF, DKIM, DMARC sections described here: Email authentication in Microsoft 365 - Office 365
• Complete documentation of the actions carried out
• Full completion within two months of subscribing to the service pack

Run

• Unlimited: Level 2 Technical Incident Management
• Unlimited: Level 3 Technical Incident Management
• Weekly revenue from email-related threats and mitigation action taken
• False monthly fishing campaign to raise user awareness, and training of compromised users (by Mooc). User targeting methodology is at PHOENIX's discretion but may be discussed with Customer
• Provision of an expert in the event of a Global Attack on messaging, until the situation has returned to the previous state of the Global Attack
• Global report on the actions carried out made available on the PHOENIX portal

• To benefit from basic features: any subscription including Exchange Online Plan or Plan 2 (standalone, Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Standard, Microsoft 365 F1/F3/E3)
• To benefit from advanced features: any subscription including Defender for Office 365 (standalone, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 E5 and dedicated security bundle)
• Mailboxes must be in Exchange Online (Microsoft 365)
