This pack contains the minimum actions necessary to set up and operate a Microsoft 365 environment.

Build

Tenant: Creating a Microsoft 365 environment (tenant)
• Identities:
1. Installation of an Azure AD Connect on a virtual machine in Azure, provided by PHOENIX ALLIANCE.
2. Synchronization of users based on an Organizational Unit (OR AD)
3. Azure AD Connect enables synchronization of Customer's local Active Directory with Azure AD Connect cloud directory
• Domains: registration of a maximum of ten domains on the Customer's Microsoft 365 environment
• Licenses: Assignment to users
• Completion: Within one month of subscribing to the service pack

Run

• Support
1. Level 1 Technical Incident Management (limited to one incident for three users per month, put in a common pool)
2. Unlimited: Level 2 Technical Incident Management
3. Unlimited: Level 3 Technical Incident Management
4. Unlimited: Creation/Modification/Deletion of users in Azure AD
5. Unlimited: Assign/Unassign licenses to users

1. One Administration request per year for every ten subscribed users
2. Without perimeter limitation, all functionalities are covered
3. Reporting

Prerequisistes :

• Have subscribed with PHOENIX ALLIANCE to Microsoft 365 subscriptions
• For the configuration of Azure AD Connect: a Domain Administrator account (perhaps created by the customer, without sending us the identifiers)
• A general administrator account of the Microsoft 365 tenant
