Frontline Worker Assessment (FWA)

The FWA has been designed to support the business Digital Workspace vision, by demonstrating the benefits and efficiencies that can be achieved by incorporating your core FW into wider strategies.

The Frontline Worker assessment is an estimated 10-day engagement that is specifically designed to support the integration of your core workers into a wider technical strategy. The engagement will provide you with a clear direction on how to provide valuable technology-based services (based on the Microsoft 365 platform) to parts of the business that are typically paper based or manual process heavy.

Trustmarque will assist in the definition of key requirements, approaches and strategic decisions that will influence how you as an organisation can consolidate resources/processes. We will also provide your user base with a consistent working experience and access to core information and data potentially from any device or any location.

The assessment is broken into six core areas that provide the foundation of this engagement:

• Capability Workshop • Business and Technical Objectives • Information Governance and Security • Adoption and Change Management • Planning • Report Creation

Capability Workshops – Trustmarque will deliver an “Art of the Possible” (Customer Immersion Experience) demonstration utilising the Microsoft 365 product suite. The focus will be predominantly on the collaboration features of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange and Yammer. Trustmarque will additionally review how Microsoft Viva and its wider feature set can complement the core applications and assist in the improvements to the Frontline Worker’s daily routine.

Business and Technical Objectives - A key aspect of the engagement is reviewing, discussing and capturing the business and technical requirements. In this stage of the engagement Trustmarque will engage directly with key stakeholders from relevant areas and technical SME’s to further understand the business objectives. Areas of discussion will include:

• Defining the business value and objectives, • High-level user profiling and use case definition, • Identification of device requirements, • Technical approaches that can be adopted.

Information Governance and Security – Process and content is a fundamental aspect of any cloud based solution. Trustmarque will engage directly with the internal governance and security teams to discuss and validate the overarching approach, strategy and configurations and identify where wider policies can impact any future approach of engaging your frontline workers.

Adoption and Change Management – A solution can only be deemed a success if it is used and adopted by the users, so user adoption and defining how any proposed solutions can be successfully rolled out is key to its success. Building on the information captured from previous workshops, Trustmarque will engage with your key stakeholders of to assist in the definition of a suitable adoption strategy which can include (but not limited to):

• Roles and Responsibilities • Communication Planning • Training Matrix

Planning – The final workshop is focused on identifying a suitable priority and roadmap for the solutions identified within the previous stages. The discussion will take into account influencing aspects throughout the organisation, wider technical strategies and engagements and the wider adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite of products.

Report Creation – To conclude the engagement Trustmarque will provide a bespoke report that documents the findings and any recommendations discussed throughout the sessions, a core requirements catalogue, decision table and a clearly defined roadmap and next steps that can be used by the organisation to support a further business case, or a set of activities to establish a further engagement for delivery.
