To help Customers understand the potential benefits of Bing Enterprise Microsoft 365 copilot and Windows Copilot and the high level steps required for a future deployment

The Trustmarque "Copilot for Modern work advisory" engagement, introduces and helps customers better understanding the capability of Microsoft AI and how it might be applied to add specific business value to the productivity of staff and to begin to understand the high level steps required for a future deployment to take full advantage of the potential.

The review runs over a single day usually on customer site (although offsite options are available). It consists of 2 stages

Stage 1: Immersion Experience for Modern Work Copilot . This is a business centric workshop for a business stakeholder audience. The Immersion Experience is a hands on demonstration of Microsoft 365 and Windows Copilot and how users of Windows 11, Office 365 and the office applications are able use Windows CoPilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Bing Enterprise to work more effectively and productively. Whilst this session could include some technical discussions it is primarily focused on the benefits to the end user and will include real work scenarios in how Copilot can be utilised.

Stage 2: Planning and Next Steps, The afternoon of the review is dedicated to understanding the steps required for a future success full implementation. The session is more technically focused but will include, not only the technical dependencies, but also security compliance considerations as well as what is required to empower users in getting the most out of the technology.

Deliverables: The engagement produces a Finding and recommendations summary report, which includes the high-level business scenarios identified in the morning Immersion workshop and which specifically benefit the customer organisation, as well as a summary of recommended next steps in the form of a road map intended to guide customers to a future deployment.
