The Readiness Accelerator - Intelligent Productivity engagement is tailored to not only help you fully understand the capabilities of the Microsoft AI product suite, but also identify what is required for you to fully benefit from the capabilities. Built on the Bing Chat Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Windows 11 Copilot products, Trustmarque will work closely with your organisation to assist in the identification and development of key overarching strategies for business and technical adoption.

Engagement Outline - A 5-day engagement to provide clients with an introduction of Microsoft Copilot and how this new service from Microsoft can improve organisation productivity through Microsoft 365. This workshop will cover the following objectives:

• Art of the Possible
• User Scenario Identification
• Adoption and Change Management Support
• Environment Setup overview
• Cost Analysis (E3, E5 Step up, Copilot licenses)
• Deliverable creation

Art of the Possible - A business centric "Art of the Possible" workshop highlighting the key capabilities, value and productivity enhancements covered by Microsoft 365 Copilot and Windows 11 Copilot, including applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint Online and OneNote. This workshop will highlight area's where Copilot can increase productivity across different job functions.

Use Case Scenario Identification - Following on from the Art of the Possible session, a second workshop will identify and priorities key use cases and scenarios across the organisation. An opportunity to identify pain points and key business challenges where Copilot for Modern Work can unlock productivity and process efficiencies. The session will be utilised identify proof of concept and pilot opportunities and the opportunity to discuss how to apply the solution capabilities to real world scenarios.

Adoption and Change Management Support - With the significant changes to the daily activities that Microsoft AI can bring to an organisation, a final workshop will be held to cover the importance of Adoption and Change Management when deploying Copilot for Modern Work, through communications and training support for end-users. This session will include high-level discussions on the approach to nominating Champions in the business to drive adoption, the wider organisations adoption approach for AI and to identify areas of change that will require further consideration.

Environment Setup Overview - A session with the client's technical teams to review licensing and technical requirements to facilitate the implementation of Copilot for Modern Work. This session will inform the customer of the roadmap requirements needed to have their environment ready for Copilot and will include:

• Desktop environment and management
• Document storage and lifecycle management
• Information Security, Compliance and Protection
• Microsoft 365 tenant security and connectivity.

Cost Analysis - A deeper analysis of the costs associated with the required licensing and setup, as well as high level definition of the Return on Investment, based on the personas and user scenarios identified in the previous workshop. The analysis performed in this workshop can be used to define a business case  and to gain support from senior stakeholders within your organisation.

Creation and Delivery of Strategy and Roadmap Report - This will include an outline of the discussed strategy for deployment, a summary of the organisation challenges, identified use cases and scenarios, deployment roadmap and actionable next steps.
