Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Auto charges is the ideal tool for adding automatic charges, removing the need to manually enter costs on sales or purchase orders. Auto charges are assigned to a customer, vendor or item as a flat rate, percentage or per piece basis. The charges are then automatically applied to the sales or purchase order at the time of order creation and as items are added to the order.
Product Description & Use Case
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Auto Charges aids in automatically adding charges to a purchase order or sales order. If Customer ABC is always charged $50.00 for freight, the charge for freight can be assigned to Customer ABC and every order created for customer ABC will automatically add a charge for a flat rate of $50.00. Furthermore, the automatic charges add-on gives you the ability to automatically add charges to an item for a specific customer or vendor. For example, it can be set up so that every time a sales order is created to company ABC for item 1000, a $20 charge is added to the sales order automatically.
