Extends Nav-to-Net functionality to incorporate North American Taxes in reports and Order History

NTN10 North American Tax for Order History is an AL app that extends extends our Nav-to-Net 10 Base Application to handle North American Tax presentation in Order History on the Nav-to-Net 10 website.
The solution does not change Business Central tax calculations in any way.
This applications leverages Business Central events to recognize when an order history related document is requested by the Nav-to-Net website and specifically calls on the unique Business Central functionality for the Tax calculation that is included in the North American version of BC.
The reason for this approach is that Nav-to-Net 10 Base is intended for worldwide distribution regardless of the BC version being used by our client. Occasionally a localized version of Business Central will include region specific functions, tables or Pages that are intended to handle differences in taxes or other financials.
