The two tracks consist of various workshops with pre-defined topics and expected outcomes. The two tracks are usually run in parallel, however some workshops demand both business and IT representatives to be present. Following the completion of the two tracks, the requirements for the implementation is specified and a handover meeting is organized where we will detail our findings and what the next step would be.
