Planning your Dynamics 365 Implementation; In 10 days

Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 is something many organizations struggle with and 40% of the implementations are not successful, nor does create the expected return. At Delegate we are specialist in implementing Dynamics solutions and ensuring the successful implementation and adaptation. By leveraging our long-developed Scoping & Planning methodology, we ensure that the objectives and key results are clearly defined and that the plan reflects these. Our methodology follows two primary tracks:

• a functional track: the focus is on understanding your processes and people, and gather functional requirements
• a technical track: the focus is on understanding your application landscape and IT infrastructure, as well as your Microsoft maturity and gather technical requirements

The two tracks consist of various workshops with pre-defined topics and expected outcomes. The two tracks are usually run in parallel, however some workshops demand both business and IT representatives to be present. Following the completion of the two tracks, the requirements for the implementation is specified and a handover meeting is organized where we will detail our findings and what the next step would be.

All our findings are documented in our methodology document called “A100 – Scoping and Planning Report” which consist of the following deliveries:

• Solution Description
• Solution overview
• Feature descriptions / User Stories
• Project Plan
• Estimates

• Product Owner / Business Owner
• Subject Matter Experts
