  • Day 1: Workshop to review features and capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, and some of the advanced AI features (AI Builder) of the Power Platform. Demo applications will be presented as part of this session.
  • Day 2: Envisioning Workshop will be facilitated to select the app to build, define the app requirements, understand the customer’s existing tenant, and define the high-level solution architecture. Deliverable: Requirements Document and High Level solution architecture and requirements
  • Day 3-4: Our Power Apps developers will develop your app based the on requirements developed during Day 2. Incremental progress checks will be facilitated as necessary. Deliverable: POC Power Application
  • Day 5: Work with customer’s citizen developers and/or IT to deploy and comprehensively review the solution in a workshop environment. Together, we will collaboratively validate the solution with hands-on end user testing and learn how the solution was built. We will also use the time to discuss next steps in moving the proof-of-concept Power App to full production. Deliverable: Customer gains basic knowledge of PowerApps and has a fully working POC Power App in their environment.
