Envisioning and Capabilities

• We will take you on a journey. First, we would like to show you the new possibilities with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the development of artificial intelligence that is already behind us. We would like to create a common basic understanding and move forward together.

• The assessment includes a tenant baseline review, readiness scorecard, and preparedness guidance. It provides context for the readiness-score and offers recommendations for addressing technical gaps. This approach is designed to ensure that your Microsoft 365 environment complies with the technical, licensing, security, and governance requirements.

• One of the objectives is to explore a "Day in the Life" for selected Personas. This approach helps us to understand how people work and what pain points exist. Microsoft 365 is designed to unleash creativity, unlock productivity and uplevel skills in the daily business. With this knowledge, we are able to develop individual use cases and craft benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• We accomplished three of the four steps. Now it’s time to build a plan to address gaps found in the readiness assessment and classify defined use cases. As a result, we developed a roadmap with milestones for further use.
