With InfoPath forms getting deprecated in 2023, the need for alternative solutions is inevitable. This implementation engagement will address the conversion of InfoPath forms to PowerApps forms.

Deliverables will include: • Based on current state review and requirements definition, a Canvas or Model-Driven App will be designed. • Connectors (SharePoint, Excel, Office 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Common Data Service, etc.) will be explored and implemented per the design assessment. • Design refinement, integration, and migration of data will be implemented. • Business Automation Process will be applied if needed. • Testing and rollout plans will be provided to customers. • Actionable Roadmap and steps will be provided to Power users to design Apps for future needs. • Design documentation will be provided to Power Users for ease of future maintenance and enhancement of implemented Apps. • Users will be trained to use applications effortlessly and efficiently.

The cost estimation is dependent on the scope of work (# of InfoPath forms to be converted & their level of complexity).
