• Week 1: Assess

• Understand customers digital maturity & capabilities by studying the current environment
• Provide introduction to the Microsoft Viva Platform through presentation and demonstration

• Week 2: Build

• Identify the business pain points and business scenarios by studying the current environment with the stakeholders – blueprint
• Define goals, understand strategic choices, and develop a roadmap to resolve the identified business pain points and business scenarios.
• Initiate the Microsoft 365 and Viva deployment as per the defined approach – phase wise deployment plan
