Objectives

• Understand your endpoint management goals and objectives • Define a device security plan suitable for your organisation • Gain insights into your devices landscape • Create a high-level architecture and detailed design document to modernise your endpoint management • Showcase Microsoft Endpoint Manager features related to managing the device life cycle. This includes enabling these features in your environment, focusing on cloud-only management for a pilot group of users and devices (max 10) • Define the next steps.

Engagement

• Zetta begins an engagement with a Planning Phase during which the Current State Review of the existing SCCM and Intune environment will be assessed. • The Design Phase focuses on workshops and documentation for the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Detailed Design. • The Pilot Phase starts with the build and configuration to showcase Microsoft Endpoint Managers features related to managing the device life cycle and enabling these features in your environment. • During the Transition Phase, Zetta completes the as-built documentation for your installation and conducts a handover workshop.

Duration

From our experience, these engagements take approximately eight weeks, depending on organisational complexity.
