The add-on "PermaleadsConnect" - a Swiss development - plays the daily updated data of the B2B leads for further processing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). This means that the data does not have to be entered manually into the CRM, which saves time and reduces the error rate. The leads can then be qualified in CRM as sales opportunities or assigned to a sales employee for further processing.
