Snapscan

Aceso provides Snapscan, a cloud-based online booking and patient engagement platform for radiology clinics and practices that can integrate directly with RIS. We hope to alleviate pressure from clinics suffering from an overload of booking calls and enable staff to focus on other aspects of the business that would ultimately benefit patients and contribute to the success of services. 

The core functionality of Snapscan is to enable patients to book their radiology appointments online by searching a visual list of clinics and selecting the modality and type of exam required. Snapscan’s patient portal also allows patients to upload related documentation including referral letters, consent forms, insurance forms, MRI questionnaires or any other paperwork related to a scan booking.

In the clinic, a real-time dashboard displays filterable and detailed information on the bookings, the time of day they were made, and other information that helps the radiology team see who is coming in and what machines will need to be set up.
