The Release Phase represents the transition from the Agile Lifecycle to the end-user experience. The Release Phase will include UAT and Production release of the completed capabilities, a client demonstration of the new capabilities, UAT testing, and can potentially include additional data migration and end-user training components. User Acceptance Testing is accomplished by the customer key stakeholders with training and oversight provided by the Cognizant MBG experts a.
