Microsoft Teams: 7-Days Initial Planning and Setup

Microsoft Teams, a fundamental component of Microsoft 365, is a versatile communication platform that seamlessly integrates workplace chat, video meetings, file storage with collaborative capabilities, and application integration. Leveraging Microsoft 365's capabilities, we facilitate your organization's transition to Teams, enhancing collaborative effectiveness.

IT PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect information for the development of the statement of work, incorporating Microsoft 365's guidance.
2. Provide the statement of work and approve it with the client.
3. Configure Teams according to the statement of work, capitalizing on Microsoft 365's tools.
4. Provide informational letters and booklets about working with Teams.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate Client resources and staff schedules.
2. Provide a dedicated point of contact responsible for working with IT Partner and Microsoft 365.
3. Coordinate any outside vendor resources and schedules, aligning with Microsoft 365's best practices.
4. Configure all network equipment, such as load balancers, routers, firewalls, and switches.
5. Review and approve engagement deliverables promptly.

ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED:

• Licenses
• Employee training
• Configuration of workstations and mobile devices
• Migration of any data

Upon completion of the project, we will provide a project closeout report. This document will indicate the final project status, including acceptance criteria matching, outstanding issues, and the final budget. If you require more extensive documentation, it can be provided for an additional fee.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:

• The statement of work for Teams implementation is developed
• Teams infrastructure is configured according to the SOW, aligning with Microsoft 365's methodology.
• Employees can access Teams using desktop and mobile clients, as well as web versions
