How it works
Simply scan a barcode or QR code with the asset number or select the asset from the list. Unsure about the asset? No problem. Skip the asset selection and proceed directly to choosing the request type, add a brief description, and your request is good to go. View your request's progress on the maintenance request card.
Access the maintenance request card on the pop-up shown after the request submission or by selecting one from the maintenance requests list. You can also filter requests by 'Requested by Me' or 'Closed' or apply both filters together. The maintenance request card offers comprehensive information, allowing you to change the request status and leave comments.
Additionally, you can select the Business Central company you are associated with directly within the application.

Installation note
