An installable solution package from MS app source adds custom fields to hold social data  in your Dynamics 365 instance. The leads, opportunities, contacts, and case entities created from your Hootsuite dashboard are saved to your Dynamics 365 instance. 

Installing the solution package requires organization admin privileges in the Microsoft Dynamics instance. The Microsoft Dynamics instance should also have Field Service and Project Service Solutions pre-installed.For details, see the user guide.
