Viva Connections + Wellbeing Dashboard: 6 Week Implementation

Microsoft Viva Connections integrates the news, content, and resources you work with on a daily basis to bring together a streamlined employee experience. With the Viva Connections dashboard, you'll be able to foster connections between employees and enable them to quickly access communications, tasks, and resources whenever needed. The addition of a wellbeing dashboard equips your organisation with the necessary insights to better assist your employees' wellbeing and health journey.

This implementation will occur in 3 stages:

  1. Enable and Adopt Employee Experience We will help deploy the Viva Connections app to your organisation and set up your existing intranet to support the app. Our team will showcase and create dynamic employee experiences that can be accessed via different devices so your employees can enjoy its features in their day-to-day work.

  2. Integrate with Employee Dashboard We will work closely with your team to identify opportunities to connect employees across the organisation with content and vital experiences. By keeping your employees' needs in mind, we'll build an employee dashboard that streamlines visibility into key metric and employee resources so your staff can easily staff connected and informed.

  3. Enhance Wellbeing with Insights We will assist with strategising your wellbeing initiative by identifying challenges, priorities, and success criteria to develop them into opportunities for positive employee wellbeing. Our adoption specialists will help drive change management initiatives through leadership groups and infographics to raise awareness about Microsoft Viva within your organisation.

This engagement is expected to be completed within 9-10 weeks including post go-live hyper care support.
