Microsoft 365 Migration - 3 week implementation

By completing the Fermorite Microsoft 365 migration 3-week engagement, you should expect the following deliverables:

• Discovery of migration technical requirements during the first week of the engagement.
• Execution of a Proof of Concept (PoC) migration during the first week of the engagement. The actual migration will be carried out during the following two weeks of the engagement.
• Creation of migration plan document and migration communication plan for end-users.
• Microsoft 365 account provisioning and user licensing assignment.
• Execute email migration to Exchange Online (data only).
• Execute file server migration to Sharepoint Online (data only).
• Public DNS configurations to ensure email switch over to Microsoft 365.
• Post-migration quality assurance and mail flow checks.
• Basic documentation for end-users for setting up their Outlook for desktop,Outlook mobile and Outlook Web App (OWA) clients.

Assumptions:

• The target Microsoft 365 tenant will not be synced with the customer on-premises network. All Microsoft 365 users will be Cloud-only users.
• The source email server can be any version of Exchange server,Exchange Online or Kerio mail server.
• The offer does not cover Sharepoint on-prem to SPO migration,it only covers on-premises file shares to SPO sites migration.
• The offer assumes that all target Sharepoint Online sites will have flat permissions,i.e. there will be no permissions inheritance blocking.
• Pricing is calculated based on the total number of migrated mailboxes and the number of Sharepoint sites.

We also support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration scenarios. If the customer has technical requirements beyond the above assumptions, it is possible that there will be an additional special charge and an implementation time extension.
