• Design a development plan.
• Engineer tailored solutions if needed.
• Create user-friendly instructions.
• Provide ongoing solution support after Microsoft 365 implementation.

Client Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and staff schedules.
• Provide a dedicated point of contact working with Microsoft 365 and IT Partner.
• Provide necessary information for the statement of work preparation.
• Grant necessary service account access and rights for Microsoft 365 implementation.
• Coordinate any outside vendor resources and schedules.
• Configure network equipment (load balancers, routers, firewalls, switches).
• Review and approve engagement deliverables promptly.
• Request and approve all change management tickets (if applicable) in the Microsoft 365 environment.

• You must have the appropriate Microsoft 365 subscription or be prepared to purchase it.
