Power Virtual Agent Proof of Value: 5 day Workshop

Specifically developed to help your organisation resolve a particular pain-point you may be experiencing with the aid of the Power Virtual Agent.

Showcasing the benefits and business value that a bot solution can add to your organisation; how it can be used as a sales tool for your wider business or to support a specific business case and how it can be used to evaluate functionality and solution options within the buying cycle.

Day 1: Requirements Workshop Within this session, QUANTIQ’s Power Platform Expert Consultant will work with you to understand your full requirements: • Challenge: Understand your requirements and any issues you are facing • Adapt: Determine how the Power Virtual Agent can solve the issues which have been identified • Overcome: Plan the scope of the Power Virtual Agent Demonstration

Day 2: Configuration of the Power Virtual Agent QUANTIQ’s Power Platform Expert Consultant will begin configuration and development of the Power Virtual Agent facility in accordance to the plan which was established during Day 1.

Day 3: Continuation of the Configuration of the Power Virtual Agent Work will continue on the extensions which commenced during Day 2. An initial playback of the configuration achieved thus far will be demonstrated with more advanced features and branching logic being implemented during the day.

Day 4: Final Demonstration, Best Practice and Future Planning QUANTIQ’s Expert Power Platform Consultant will demonstrate and deliver the Proof of Value Power Virtual Agent to you whilst validating how it achieves the agreed plan/scope of the project. The QUANTIQ Expert Power Platform Consultant will also demonstrate how to integrate the Virtual Agent into a channel of your choice if required. In addition, this session will also be used for future scope and planning.

Day 5: Follow Up This remote session will be used to review your progress and answer any questions you may have, as well as discussing our next actions.
