SMART Cash Flow
od: SMART business LLC
Efficient cash flow management and an automatic payment filling based on the cash flow ledger entry.
Benefits:
A single base for all processes: all data is stored and processed in a single Business Central system, so there is no need to transfer or integrate data from one platform to another. When all processes – from primary documents to the Cash Flow Report generation – are automated within a single system, this reduces the risk of errors that often occur during manual transfer or integration of data between different platforms.
Generating a payment plan by invoice or contract: the solution enables you to create a payment plan with details down to specific invoices or contracts. This ensures more precise control over liabilities and enables detailed analysis of cash flow and payment statuses.
Editing the amounts and dates of cash flow ledger entries: the solution enables you to adjust the entry amount and date if payment arrangements change. In addition, it is possible to distribute the entry amount into several parts, even if the entries have already been generated in the cash flow ledger. This ensures flexibility in reflecting the actual status of payments.
Generating payments based on cash flow ledger entries: when selecting payment entries, the system automatically transfers all the necessary data to the lines of the selected financial journal. This minimizes manual entry of information, increases accuracy and optimizes the payment process.
