Through this integration, Microsoft Teams users can not only place and receive VoIP calls but also benefit from all the advanced telephony features of Wildix directly within Microsoft Teams, including call transfers, call waiting, call on hold and other key VoIP services. \r\n The integration also offers Microsoft Teams phone services, which can be enabled on demand.
