• Activate Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment Create first 15 Dynamics 365 users and train client how to setup additional users
• Create Test Company database and configure Dynamics 365 for Financials based on the Business Process Review
• Review Chart of Accounts Structure
• Create Production Company database and configure Dynamics 365 for Financials along with GL Account Structure
• Provide Import templates for Vendor, Customer, and Chart of Accounts Master Records
• Import Master Vendors and Customers from Customer provided populated templates
• Setup System and Company settings along with modifying security
• Format Check and Invoice
• Format Sales Order and Purchase Order
• Create One Balance Sheet and Income Statement
• Train the trainer on the Financial Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Bank Reconciliation)
• Train the trainer on the Distribution Modules (Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory)
