We understand how important Change Management is when it comes to introducing Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service & Marketing). To facilitate the adoption process in these projects, we accompany enterprises in their change management activities throughout the full project lifecycle, meaning from conception to the build and afterwards the deployment phase. As a client you can pick & choose the agenda within the following services & deliverables for a duration of about 3 months depending on your project context & needs:

DIAGNOSTICS & STRATEGY *Evaluate the complexity of change & map actors, issues & business needs *Identify success factors& put in place the basic principles ORGANIZATION, ROLES & PROCESSES *Define & adjust the organization & the way of operating to achieve the objective of the change program COMMUNICATION *Define & design the communication plan *Inform, embrace and understand change by all population groups & impacted businesses ACCOMPANYING ACTIONS *Accompany the management & change stakeholders in understanding the benefits and expectations of the project *Accompany all the actors impacted by the project in the appropriation & ownership of the new solution SKILLS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING *Identify future needs and skills gaps in project teams and/or teams impacted by change *Offer the right solutions & the appropriate content (tutorials, training, remote...) DOCUMENTATION *Accompany users in the appropriation of the new solution by designing the appropriate media *Provide traditional "paper" or online tools (videos, online docs...) POST-DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT AND CAPITALIZATION *Identify post-deployment support needs & put in place the necessary structures, solutions & tools *Ensure feedbacks & experiences *Facilitate transfer between the project team & the support team
