Summary of the activities conducted: -Portal and solution requirement gathering sessions to understand the functional and service requirements of the Client’s business owners. This includes Information Architecture; Identifying sites and content to be migrated; Capturing business needs and unique processes; Content management and feature mapping to business requirements -Architecting SharePoint Online permission matrix for access and control for an anticipated range of user base to include access controls and security pruning for external groups, and users -Identifying light corporate branding which esthetically promotes corporate site identity -Designing a SharePoint content management architecture which uses feature rich usage of native content management and governance controls

C1st will also plan and design with business owners the SharePoint Online security architecture for controlling access to site collection(s), and content security.
