Implement Dynamics 365 Business Central with additional support and guidance from Calsoft Systems.

The Advisory Package is an ideal plan if your organization requires an out-of-the-box functionality of Dynamics 365 Business Central, but could use additional support and guidance during your implementation. The package consists of 24 hours of support by Calsoft Systems, including dedicated consulting, assistance, financial reports and hands-on training. ($150/hour for additional services).


  • Provide a system setup checklist document, including basic system instructions
  • Q&A and Support until system go-live (Up to a total of 3 hours)
  • Standard Configuration, which includes:
    • System activation
    • User and permission setup
    • Load pre-defined standard data (COA, Payment Term)
    • Load pre-defined Financial Statements (Basic Template)
    • Data Export/Import Tool Activation
  • Financial report adjustment (Select up to 3 reports like checks, budgeting, AR Invoice; equivalent to 8 hours)
  • Instructor-led training (4 hours)
  • Q&A and Support (up to 3 hours total)
  • Support for Go Live (4 hours)

Customer Requirements:

  • Setup system based on provided checklist
  • Test system
  • Load master data
  • Load beginning balance

What is included:

  • Scope of plan
  • Cloud setup by Calsoft Systems, any hardware and software license provided by Microsoft.
  • Basic instruction manual

What is not included:

  • Any customization and modification
  • Any interface development
  • After go-live support
  • Onsite training and support

Actual implementation time depends on availability and scheduling of client.
