Microsoft Configuration Manager 5-Day Assessment

For customers leveraging Microsoft Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM), this engagement will focus on the health of the existing MCM environment, address underutilized or misused components, and provide guidance on recommended best practices for managing client systems. This assessment will prepare Customers to extend their current device management capabilities to the cloud enabling modern endpoint management with Microsoft Intune. Microsoft Intune, a subcomponent of Microsoft 365, can enforce device compliance policies which can be integrated with Azure Active Directory conditional access policies to block access to Microsoft 365 services for non-compliant devices.

CDI will assess the health and configuration of the following items documenting the findings and recommendations: *Device Deployment *Software Updates *Application Deployment *Device Compliance *Management of Enrolled Devices *Site System Health *Tenant Attach/Co-Management

Upon completion of the assessment, the findings document will be shared with the Customer and reviewed together in a multi-hour findings workshop. Customer will address any recommendations in preparation for their journey to modern endpoint management.
