2. 2 Day Workshop - Request a Modern Work Services Cloud Workshop to discuss your priorities and learn how Crayon can help

3. 1-Month Modern Work Optimization Assessment - Analysis of your IT estate (deployed hardware and productivity software) to evaluate your security position and help prioritize cloud migration work

4. 1-Month PoC - Test a subset of users following the (below steps in #5)

5. 3-Month Implementation • Optimize your network for Hybrid work • Connect your on-premises identity systems to the cloud • Allow Azure AD to be your single control plane to secure and access all apps • Roll out policies to secure access and content (define Conditional Access for managed and unmanaged devices) • Enroll devices to stay current with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 app updates • Deploy Office productivity apps on company or employee devices (we recommend OneDrive to backup all devices) • Migrate your mailboxes to the cloud (with migration assistance from on-premises exchange servers or other IMAP-enabled systems) • Spin up Microsoft Teams for Chats, teams, and channels first, then deploy Meetings and conferencing capabilities and offer guest access for extended collaboration
