Power Platform COE: 5-Day Implementation

Establishing a Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) means investing in and nurturing organic growth within your Power Platform developer community, while maintaining governance and control over the application and data integrations. For many, implementing the Center of Excellence is the first step in fostering greater creativity and innovation across the organization by empowering business units to digitize and automate their business processes, while maintaining the necessary level of central oversight and governance.

In this 5-day implementation of the Center of Excellence, Cyclotron will provide the following:

1. Planning and Preparation: Set up the Power Platform environment and review the Center of Excellence Starter Toolkit
2. Deliver a comprehensive power Platform Administration and Governance review session to define the governance configuration for the COE Starter Toolkit deployment
3. Install and configure the COE Starter Toolkit as per the definition
4. Review the Center of Excellence configuration with your Administrators and handoff the As-built documentation
