Deliverables

Tasks OLS will take on in addition to our Level 1 AND Level 2 tasks:

• Reviewing your existing business practice and finding the modules needed to improve
• Creating initial users (maximum 10) using standard permissions and provide training on setting up additional users
• Providing Import Templates for Master Records (Vendor, Customer, and so on)
• Importing the data from the populated templates completed by your organization
• Setting up your company information and settings
• Creating Balance Sheet and Income Statement
• Training the trainer at your organization on the full suite of modules
• A seamless and successful Go-Live!

Tasks your organization will take on:

• Provide data for data migration
• Validate migrated data
• Validate transactions are processed accurately
• Train the Trainer
