Delve into solution ideation – Explore personas, understand pain points, choose the best Teams features and capabilities solution
Develop a plan – Recommend a Team solution design to implement as a valuable PoC
The agenda of the workshop will be as follows:
WEEK 1: ASSESSMENT and ART OF POSSIBLE
Define scope, identify business stakeholders, and gather information on key business scenarios. Envision the art of the possible, pinpoint scenarios that can result in increased user engagement and productivity
WEEK 2: BUILD THE PLAN
Prioritize scenarios to include in a solution plan, define the next steps, and timeline to develop and implement the solution
Customer Requirements: -2000+ Teams Paid Available Units (PAU), and 1000+ Teams Monthly Active Users (MAU) -Limit to commercial paid SKU (exclude EDU) in enterprise and corporate accounts
