3-Week Assessment Workshop: Explore, identify, measure and foresee the future solution with Power Apps

EPAM suggests conducting an assessment phase to establish a clear direction, accurately identify the roadmap and deliverables, and select the appropriate skillset.

The assessment will identify the following areas of uncertainty: • Planning • Technology stack • Business dependencies • Model for cooperation • Alignment of business applications with foundational services • The maturity and productivity of processes • Division of responsibilities between client and vendor(s)

During our assessment phase, we will work on defining the target timelines, refining the solution architecture, and creating an implementation plan. We will prioritize requirements to meet Client goals, collaborate on processes and governance, and work with the customer to deliver the solution effectively. We will also determine the project’s size for implementation.
