Embedded Intelligence

• Embedded intelligence is a suite of features which continuously analyze the vast collection of customer-interaction data already stored in your Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Exchange databases, to help you better understand your business relationships, evaluate your activities in relation to previous successes, and choose the best path forward.

Unified Client Interface

• With the release of Dynamics 365 (online), Microsoft has introduced a new user experience - Unified Interface - which uses responsive web design principles to provide an optimal viewing and interaction experience for any screen size, device, or orientation.

Cost:

• Fixed fee, with assumptions, $1999.

Assumptions:

• This fixed-fee engagement does not include reworking any custom solutions or integrations found to be incompatible with v9.0. FMT will catalog these solutions and provide recommendations and an estimate to assist with rework.
• The training on Embedded Intelligence and Unified Client Interface will outline new features that are available to be taken advantage of. These features can be implemented by the client, or with additional assistance from FMT outside this scope of work.
