This assessment examines the success criteria for Windows 11 including endpoint hardware compatibility, physical and virtual resource suitability, Windows licensing compliance, deployment methodology readiness encompassing Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune Autopilot and/or Azure Image Builder (AIB), and Office 365 version compatibility.

Deliverables:

• Endpoint Inventory Review: An assessment of the physical endpoint hardware encompassing manufacturer driver support for Windows 11 and resource compatibility including CPU and memory specifications.
• Virtual Host Review: An assessment of the virtual resource availability including vCPU, physical core ratios, and memory allocations for organizations employing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) or Azure virtual desktops (AVD).
• Licensing: An analysis of license subscriptions to ensure the necessary entitlements for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Deployment Methodology: An assessment of MECM, Intune, and/or AIB deployment methodologies and recommendations for improvements.
