L’organizzazione di un CDA comporta talvolta insidie che possono compromettere la segretezza e l’integrità dei documenti e delle informazioni (sensibili) che lo caratterizzano: la preparazione dei documenti da discutere, la convocazione dei consiglieri sono attività che sono spesso eseguite facendo ricorso a differenti tecnologie non interconnesse tra loro.
È fondamentale, inoltre, considerare come la sua fase di svolgimento possa tenersi non solo in presenza, ma anche da remoto o in modalità ibrida e che un membro del CDA non sia necessariamente un dipendente dell’organizzazione stessa: è necessario, quindi, che le informazioni siano fruibili a tutti i partecipanti ma che, allo stesso tempo, non fuoriescano dai sistemi aziendali.
Ultimo ma non meno importante, è indispensabile garantire il valore legale del processo di approvazione al termine della riunione.
OBIETTIVO
CDA as a Service è un servizio di consulenza basato su Microsoft 365 realizzato per la gestione dell’organizzazione, dello svolgimento e della finalizzazione dei Consigli di Amministrazione, garantendo il necessario livello di sicurezza e di protezione delle informazioni.
In particolare:
La gestione dei documenti, della loro sicurezza e della loro archiviazione al termine della seduta, viene garantita dall’opportuna configurazione di Microsoft SharePoint online
L’organizzazione (creazione dell’agenda, invio degli inviti…) avviene attraverso Microsoft Exchange online e Microsoft Office
Lo svolgimento, in modalità Ibrida oppure remota, della seduta in sicurezza e senza esposizione di dati aziendali è resa possibile dalla configurazione “ad-hoc” di Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Entra ID e Microsoft Intune consentono di implementare i controlli delle identità (MFA e Conditional Access) e la gestione in sicurezza dei dispositivi
PROPOSIZIONE

Progettazione e implementazione della sicurezza delle identità e dei dispositivi
Formazione sull'utilizzo della soluzione e supporto per lo Start-Up del «primo CDA»

OVERVIEW
The organization of a Board of Directors often implies risks that can compromise the confidentiality and the integrity of the documents and (sensitive) information that characterize it: the preparation of documents to be discussed, the summoning of directors are activities that are often carried out using different and non-interconnected technologies.
Furthermore, it's crucial to consider how its execution phase can take place not necessarily in-person, but also remotely or in a hybrid mode and that a member of the Board of Directors is not necessarily an employee of the organization itself: it is therefore necessary that the information is accessible to all participants but, at the same time, does not leak from company systems.
Last but not least, it is essential to ensure the legal value of the approval process at the end of the meeting.
OBJECTIVE
CDA as a Service is a Consulting Service that lays its foundations on Microsoft 365 for the management, the delivery and the finalization of Board of Directors meeting, ensuring the appropriate information security and protection.
In particular:
Document management, the related security and the archiving at the end of meetings are ensured through the appropriate configuration of Microsoft SharePoint Online
The meeting organization (creation of the agenda, sending of invitations,...) takes place through Microsoft Exchange online and Microsoft Office
Conducting the session, in hybrid or remote mode, safely and without company data exposure, is guaranteed through "ad-hoc" configurations of Microsoft Teams
The identity controls (MFA and Conditional Access) and the secure device management are implemented through Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
PROPOSAL
These are the activities included in the proposition:
Development and deployment of the solution
Design and implementation of identities and devices security
Training on the solution and support for the Start-Up of the "first CDA"
The proposal does not include the required licenses.
