• Ensure access to necessary documentation and information for user setup.
• Participate in user training and onboarding sessions, if required.

PREREQUISITES:

• An active subscription to Microsoft Office 365.
• A list of users and their corresponding roles for user account setup.
• Access to domain settings and DNS records for domain verification and configuration.
