Description: In this session, we will provide an overview of the upcoming sessions, outlining their content and objectives. We will also establish clear expectations regarding the delivery and outcomes of the workshop.

Outcome: The goal of this session is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the workshop's objectives and what to expect from each session. By setting these expectations, we aim to facilitate a smooth and successful workshop experience.

Session 2: Readiness Assessment (30 min)

Description: This assessment is designed to confirm that you have fulfilled the prerequisites for Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Outcome: Encourage and guide to complete the assessment or CTG can complete it on your behalf with your permission. This will ensure that you are fully prepared to utilize Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Session 3: Readiness assessment Review and guidance (60 min)

Description: The readiness assessment evaluates your preparedness for adopting Copilot for Microsoft 365. It provides context for your readiness score and offers recommendations for addressing any technical gaps.
